Newport Folk Festival 2012 Preview
We love the Newport Folk Festival. The history of the festival is unmatched, and it’s not just about Bob Dylan using an electric guitar. They have consistently offered up great music, and we can’t be more excited to trek down there again. The last few years have been particularly interesting, as they’ve started to feature up and coming “indie” musicians alongside the traditional folk offerings. We’ve had the great fortune to film a handful of the bands who will be returning to Newport, and we are happy to share a few videos we’ve done. We’ve got a string of other folks we’ll be filming this week as they pass on through Boston, and we’re excited to share those with you. For now, enjoy these ones, and we hope to see you down at Newport!
